The ORVIA Evidence Library

Verified evidence. Structured learning. Earned access.

A secure, one-stop professional resource that turns safeguarding reports, judgments and reviews into permanent, searchable evidence — with multidisciplinary case studies, decision tools and advanced learning. It is not a public download folder. Access is application-based, verified and role-specific.

Verified · Individually authenticated · Monitored · Revocable · Free access available for approved professionals

Access

A single named account with two-factor sign-in, role-based permissions and full audit trail. No shared logins.

Security is built in. Every account is individually authenticated with two-factor sign-in, one named account per person, least-privilege permissions, session timeouts, watermarked downloads and full login/view/download audit trails. Access is reverified annually and revoked on departure, misuse or account sharing. The secure Library is hosted in ORVIA's governed Microsoft 365 environment — this page is how you request access to it.
Before you request access

What the Evidence Library is — and isn't

AI-supported, human-governed. ORVIA uses AI-supported systems to gather, organise, compare and analyse evidence alongside structured human review. These resources support evidence gathering, reflection and decision-making. They do not replace regulated legal advice, statutory assessment, clinical judgment, social-work judgment, CAFCASS functions, regulatory decisions or accountable professional decision-making.
You remain accountable. A simulated professional lens is not an official opinion from a solicitor, social worker, CAFCASS, CQC, commissioner or regulator. You remain accountable for live-case decisions and must check current law, policy, guidance and local procedures. Materials are personal to your account and must not be shared, redistributed, resold, rebranded or used to train another AI model without written permission.

Ask for an account

The Library is opening to verified professionals in stages. Request access below and we'll confirm your details and the right classification for your role.

🔐

Two ways to request access

Book a short verification call, or email us your role and organisation and we'll send you an application. There is no self-serve login yet — access is granted individually, on purpose.

Need evidence you can put in front of a board?

Commissioners and organisations can request scoped evidence packs, thematic reviews and an ORVIA Lens™ assessment that tests what is actually happening in a service.

We hold others accountable. We hold ourselves to the same standard.
